This Terms of Use, outlines the basis upon which any institutional/personal data collected from users, or that they share with ieFundEn, would be processed by ieFundEn as per the terms govern their use of ieFundEn Website, Web and Mobile Apps. The Terms of Use shall be read thoroughly by both institutional and consumer users of ieFundEn to guide their use of ieFundEn Website, Web and Mobile Apps.
Data Collected by ieFundEn and How it would be Used.
ieFunden or its affiliates may collect volumes of institutional and personal data during the use of its Website or voluntarily provide ieFundEn with your institutional/personal data, through signing-up and use of ieFundEn Web and Mobile Apps. However, ieFundEn may agree with other reputable prospective partners to exchange data in order to facilitate and promote its outreach events and activities targeted at the audience, subject to applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Third-party Platforms
ieFunden works with third-party vendors to provide technical services, such as web and mobile technology services. Which its Terms of Use does not cover the collection methods or use of data collected by third-party vendors, even if the name “ieFundEn” and its logo appears on their platforms.
Contents of ieFundEn Website, Web and Mobile Apps
The contents of ieFundEn Website, Web and Mobile Apps, including texts, images and videos of its events and activities (collectively “Content”), are intended for its users non-commercial/personal use. Provided that users keep all copyright or other proprietary information intact without alteration. All Content, trademarks and logos published on its Website, Web and Mobile Apps are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights, owned or controlled by ieFundEn and its affiliates. Except as expressly permitted by ieFundEn, users shall not modify or transfer the Content, or otherwise make use of the Content for any purpose, without ieFundEn’s and/or its affiliates prior written permission. ieFunden may internally deploy generative artificial intelligence tools in reviewing and developing, as well as updating and uploading Content on its Website, Web and Mobile Apps.
